Terrible App

I have the Android X s Max and it’s not an old phone. It will not pair with the Clara hearing aids that I just purchased. I tried all day long and even called support the next day and they could not figure it out either. So I guess I just can’t use this app at all. Also the other app for my remote will not pair. Same exact problem. I have the uStream remote and have no way of using either of these apps. I do like the hearing aids, but I’d love to have the extra control options that suppose to come with these two apps that I absolutely cannot use. For that I give my lowest rating allowed.
