Active Experience Reviews

Absolutely useless

Downloaded this app to be able to track my husband as he ran the LA marathon. We have utilized numerous marathon apps over the years and this one had to be the worst! First off the app required that I create a profile that included my DOB which seemed to take forever to enter because you had to use an arrow to go back one month at a time. Then once you had a profile and got into the app there was really no way to track your runner. Thank goodness he had Life360 on! There was no marathon map anywhere on this application.

2022 LA Marathon

This is the worst app ever it will not allow me to track my partner. We participate in the rock ‘n roll marathon and their runner tracking system moves with ease unfortunately this one does not.

Terrible

Thought it would be fun to track my friends the day of the LA marathon and couldn’t because they needed to get permission… they are racing.. huh? Why is this so difficult

Terribly difficult to navigate

I just want to track a runner and it is terribly difficult to navigate this app and there’s no map showing where the runner is… and if there is, then it’s really hard to find..
