Works just like the actual scanner

I tried this out when I was volunteering with Riverside RAVE program at the Painesville Giant Eagle yesterday and I gotta say this app is amazing!!! It works just like the actual scanner at the front when you first enter the stores!! 5/5 stars, Definitely recommend!

Basic but reliable

It needs a refresh. You can no longer hear the beep when you scan an item which is annoying. However it seems to work pretty reliably.

Does the job

Looks like UX from 10 years ago but functionally sound. It scans quickly and even scans uneven surfaces well. Never had an issue at the weigh stations or the checkout. Seems silly to have to go to a checkout station but I guess if you had paper coupons or whatever it would be useful. It could be easier to remove items but not enough to reduce the star count.
