Horrible Experience

I woundn’t use another Polk product if it was free.

Difficult to use

This app is very poor in trying to connect Echo Dot (in the sound bar) to Wi-Fi. I’ve tried it at least 10-15 times after resetting all devices to factory original settings. Rebooted Wi-Fi, Android and nothing works. Wish Polk would update the app. This is the last time I’ll buy a Polk product. Wish we could rate with a zero star.

Polk Sound System

I have no idea why my system doesn’t do the same way it did when the installation tech demonstrated it on the day I bought it. It seems like anything you try to activate on the soundbar isn’t even receiving the commands. I can’t do anything with my bass subwoofer, the green light is on for power but never a sound coming out. I guess I’m just another one who got ripped!
