Backup fails, no support

I liked this app, but the app refuses to restore my backup file that supposedly holds my notes. I lost a dozen very detailed notes, and the developer doesn’t respond to repeated emails asking for help.

Really nice app with good features and functionality. Just waiting for the black/night theme to come back before paying for the add free upgrade.
