Great product and support

I bought the SpotyPal to keep track of my bag when we’re on vacation. At first the separation alert wasn’t working but Support responded very fast and kept communicating with me until the problem was resolved (the upgrade fixed the problem). The app upgrade also added some new features. Happy all around.
