The reason for the one star review is because the app is useless. You can’t not even add the faucet to the app or HomeKit. I did follow all the instructions and I tried with several devices and it won’t connect. It does not get pass the “connecting with product” message. It is like an endless loop. No matter how many times you restart the faucet, create a new account, or delete and reinstall the app. I hope they come with a solution soon. It is really disappointing.
No choice to add Anthem shower valve. No online support options. Why?
I have a new H2Wize smart water monitor with auto shut off. So far it is working pretty good. The primary issue I have with the app should be able to be addresses the back icons in the upper left of the app do not respond well to presses at all. I usually have to hit them 5 or 6 times
App would work great if it didn’t keep disconnecting my moxie every time I tried to use it I have to keep my phone unlock just to use it then it kills my moxie battery easily needs more improvements
Everything is working now as it’s should, even Alexa. I’d like to see an option to start Spa experiences from the app. It’s sometimes hard to see when the steam is ready outside the shower and the app letting me know would be great. Thanks for fixing the issues!
