I purchased this app and the companion app for the Louvre Museum to be able to guide my visits through my own phone and my own headphones… I found both apps almost impossible to find paintings or sculptures in as the databases are not very searchable and neither are the painting reference numbers inside the museum. Next year I’ll just rent whatever the museums have and perhaps bring a cord for bulky headsets
i bought the two hour tour on this app ahead of time. The app was very glitchy and wouldn’t let me purchase the tour guide version and it charged me twice. Then when we were on the tour it would not let us get past the third painting because it said I had not purchased the tour, which i had. Very glitchy and not user friendly. Got refunded the money by Google but it was a big inconvenience cause we had to look for other tours while in the museum
I didn’t have much time and I wanted to discover main artworks. I discovered this app which gave me a walking tour inside the museum. The audio guide was interesting and not so long, so very clear for me. I totally recommend if you visit for the first time the museum. I hope you will keep putting more content!
