It does a good job of cleaning when it is working properly. It doesn’t have any sensor for the dust bin which can get filled, so then it won’t empty properly-usually happens when making a new map. So then it has to be opened and dumped-kind or negates the helping with allergies. I’ve had lots of problems. Takes 4 hours to completely make a house map, then it loses it when the house loses power, new router installed and randomly. I shipped it back after asking for a replacement, got it back saying no problem. It can’t work well in very sunny areas. In the end I am stuck with it, but it seems as good or better than other versions that just find their way around your house, I like the auto empty feature, works most of the time. Not sure it’s been worth the hassle. It has lost the map again. The fixing of problems calls for an email(slow process) phone call or texting with someone works better. Manual doesn’t really have any helpful info. for solving problems.

Frequent crashes. Map often becomes unrecognized even though I have never moved the bot to new environment.

I’ve written emails and called support too many times to complain about the same issues. There’s no map backup options. There’s no quick map creation. There isn’t an option to correct where the robot is. You should be able to tell the robot that it’s on its base. This robot has lost its map 10 plus times now. So this means it will take another 2 plus hours for it to map our first floor. I’ve done this now 3 times this weekend. The robot cleans well when it works. This map issue should have been resolved months ago. I’ve opened support tickets. I’ve called support and sent emails. I’ve emailed the feedback listed in this app. No one seems to care about fixing these issues.

I have had this Deebot since 2 Christmas and their has been many issue’s. The app is very buggy and the robot continues to change the way it vacuums. The map in the app constantly disappears.
