Stuck in First Gear, er Tier

I guess this is a no pay, no play game. My car is upgraded fully, but not enough to beat the main dude in Tier one (or Tier D). I have to fuse my car, but I can’t because I don’t have fusion credits. Those credits are hard to come by if you don’t pay the game. And I’m not going to pay real money to work on a fake car when I have a work truck that leaks oil in real driveway. Fun while it lasted though.
