The app has some great features and I hope they continue to build off of it. The ability to have the map integrated and everything is easy to edit. Love that it also pulls Outside Readings based on real-time conditions. If you have a good stock of DryMax XLs it would save a ton of time on logging humidity readings. Feel like it could really be a game changer with a few tweaks. Overall it is a great app and it is free, so hopefully this is not taken the wrong way! Some things I’d love to see... If they could add the other standard items typically seen on in-depth moisture logs. Room/Chamber dimensions, ability to enter moisture content readings on multiple points & materials in rooms/chambers, ability to add other types of equipment to areas (air movers, air scrubbers, etc.) With the current setup you would likely need to use another system or process to document moisture content readings and equipment logs. Having it all together streamlines things. Would be great to have a drop down list of all the Phoenix drying equipment (R250, DryMax, 200 MAX, D-850, etc.) when entering non-connected equipment, maybe leave an “other” selection for people needing to type in that blue brand equipment or larger drying equipment. This could save a ton of time for those with a stock pile of older Phoenix equipment. Hopefully Phoenix is considering adding the Bluetooth technology to their other lines of dehumidifiers or possibly coming out with something that attaches to the outlets of older dehumidifiers like the R250 and DryMax.
This is a game changer in the amount of money I’m saving not sending crews for daily reading for TPA’s the Equipment going pay for itself in a matter of months
