Close but no gold ring

The vac does a fairly good job if used frequently. Went to long between cleanings and it lost ALL it’s memory. Took all day to reset. Mop is just 2.5 stars, needs work.

Needs improvement

I have an older model vacuum without mapping and seems to get stuck less than this one. Also, the speed functions do no operate while using the Room setting. It’s always on quiet despite the setting being changed.

Malfunctioning

This has not been working well from the day we got it. It continually doesn’t respect no go zones. It makes maps on top of other maps. Its a mess. Today it drove itself of the stairs.

Garbage - stopped working, can't get support

A few weeks ago this app started having errors every time I tried to log in. Now, I can't log. The rare times the password reset works, it says "user doesn't exist" after I password reset. No matter what I do I can't get logged in and can't edit the maps or the schedules on these vacuums.
