Where are the demo videos? Update: Videos have been included with the latest update.
The app didn't show my keyboard screen burn in any of its tests, nor did it fix it. But free RGB cycling videos did.
Not what I was looking for, but still useful for other things.
This app is a good screen tester. Don’t expect it to balance your checkbook - its a screen tester. It does that fine. Developer: the button for “OLED & App Info” leads to a text display that’s both editable and a user trap. You can’t back out of it, apparently. Requires a force quit if you click anywhere and enter edit mode as the Exit button disappears in edit mode.
This app doesn’t do much help. It doesn’t help fix or lessen the effects of anything. Just lets you check. Which isn’t helpful. And worse than that, I have a brand new Android XS and this app froze it so bad it needed a force restart. I accidentally tapped that “Dolby showcase” junk and my phone completely froze. Wouldn’t play the video, couldn’t close the app, use assistive touch, or even change volume or lock the phone. Do not even touch this app, there’s plenty of other apps that help diagnose and do basic things to help reduce effects of burn in and DON’T have unnecessary “features” that risk breaking your phone.
