Will not allow me to cancel subscription

I have reached out multiple times in 2 weeks and no one will respond or cancel my subscription, but every week I am charged for an app I don’t use. It’s incredibly frustrating and the app was horrible.

Miss information on description- false price

I’ve been using this app for the rare need for an invoice. That is a easy and fun experience. However the price is not $4 a month, $50 a year. It is truly $9 a month and $99 per year(or $119) if you are needing to create something after you cc has lapsed. :(
