Can't Login

The app requires you to login thru safari and with the iOS privacy updates it does not allow logging in. That coupled with the basically nonexistent rewards program and buggy Freestyle functionality made me delete the app.

Logged me out and can’t get back in

The app randomly logged me out and now every time I try to log in there are “technical difficulties “

Can’t sign in

Another reviewer on May 4, 2022 wrote that they can’t sign in because “fraud protection” has been detected and prevents signing in. It doesn’t matter if I use the automatic Coca-Cola login or type the username and password myself I still can’t access the app. This was reported to you nearly a month ago and you’ve done nothing to address it.

They don’t know how to make an app

I just want to use rewards. First, I got to the website to sign up with Google. It brings me to the sign in screen. I try signing up with Facebook. It takes me back to the sign in screen. Finally, I just decide to do it manually by pressing “sign up”. I enter all of my information, then the verification code is never sent to my email. I try refreshing the page - it’s stuck. I give up with the website and download the app. I try signing up in the app with a iCloud-generated email and an auto-generated password and get the error “The request is invalid or malformed” I finally manage to sign up, the the rewards section in the app is blank. Literally. It says “Unlock experiences” or whatever…. What’s the point in having a regards section but leaving blank. I go back to the website to sign in… I get the error, “Your sign in was rejected by Fraud Protection” … PLEASE, I have tracking settings off in Safari. Are you guys really this stubborn on tracking your customers? Deleted.

Can’t sign in on iPhone

I’m on Android 11 Pro running iOS 14.8.1. From the Home Screen I tapped login, it says it needs to open Coca-Cola.com so I tapped continue, then it opens an in app browser where I typed in my email and password. After I hit “Sign in with email” it goes to a page that says “Your sign-in was rejected by Fraud Protection” and gives 2 reasons why the browser was blocked. How did this problem not get caught by the UX Designers or dev team!?
