3. I’ve studied Japanese Judo, Russian Sambo, various Chinese Kung Fu systems, Brazilian Capoeira, Muay Thai Kickboxing, and many other martial arts.

4. We believe that many different martial arts are effective, but the bottom line is that if you understand the ground game then it gives you a HUGE advantage in a fight.
