Doesn’t work

The app “sees” my TV but I can’t connect. A lot of people have this issue and it doesn’t seem to be addressed.

Complete rubbish.

Program is complete rubbish and a waste of memory. The only thing that works is finding the tv on the network. Will not connect at all. The tv may be smart but this app is not.

Worse than having nothing at all

Absolutely horrible product. Won’t connect to ANY of my three HISENSE/ROKU TV’s. All three are in the list of supported tv’s. All are on the same network. Other apps/equipment sync up just fine. This app should be retired and thrown in the trash.

Wish it worked consistently

I truly like the idea of having a tv remote app for many reasons. However, the RemoteNOW app for Hisense TV’s is so inconsistent. I find myself having to manually turn the tv off and back on, doing a restart, closing and reopening the app, etc multiple times every day because the app stops connecting to the TV. Please fix this!

Downloaded the app phone and tv connected to the same internet but app couldn’t locate my Hisense tv 🙄waste of time
