App seems to be designed by folks that never use the app. Layout is clunky, PA process seems to be AI driven which just rejects things instantly without proper review.

Like the previous 1 star review, their prior authorization process is a dam to prevent people from getting the medication they need. And they call this “innovative”. Getting a prescription is painful and frustrating with this place.

it’s literally a process of run around to get anything done that needs prior authorization. not to mention it took over a year and two hours to get their app working. i can’t stand this insurance. i spend more time contacting them instead getting what i need done.

this application is poorly thought out, picking a pharmacy shows you a list of pharmacies the app “thinks” are near you, but won’t let you choose your pharmacy if it’s not on that list. this app also is confusing, with a poor layout.

The app does not show the Explanation of Benefits. Rightway says you have to get this from the insurance company, yet they never send the required info to the insurance company for weeks. The app does not show the remaining deductible. They don’t even send this to the insurance company for weeks. Worst pharmacy benefits company ever. They also only care about costs. They don’t care about your health
