New update is a SCAM

It only lets you extend your meter time until 5pm, it does not give you the option to extend it an hour or anything less than until the end of the day. Disappointed in the new app. *Update Contacted support about the issue and received NO response. Highly questioning the integrity of the app developers. Seems like they just want an easy way to scam us for money.

Doesn’t work - Login loop >:(

I downloaded and reinstalled the app several times. Entered payment info over and over. The app kept prompting a PIN (which I never created); resetting the PIN only brought me to re-enter payment info, then back to login (still without a PIN). No support available. 0/10 would recommend.

doesn't take already metered time

if I pull up to a spot, this app will not recognize that the meter already has time on it so I need to pay extra or pay with coins.

Zones

The Park Duluth App is fantastic, my only complaint would be that the Zones are exhibited in a more prominent manner! Other than that, very convenient!
