Bond Touch for Android

Disconnects every time I close the app. Doesn’t send the touches to my bracelet only to my phone with a notification.

Ive had a bond since it was first released. Its been working fine through rain or shine for literal years. But now the app notifies me of a buzz as as the buzz is currently happening. And i cant turn it off.

I’ll get the notification “you might have a new tap” or something like that but it’s a 50/50 thay it actually buzzed the watch my partner is 100% of the time but when it shows up “touch message” I get it every time any Idea or am I missing something?

GREAT PURCHASE. Really cute way to keep in touch with loved ones from far away. Lots of features and fun little ways to send touches and messages. Light color and vibration intensity can be changed, which is nice. Reason why I cannot give five stars is because the app needs to constantly be running in the background or touches are not received which is sad. Overall cute product for long distance relationships. My girlfriend really loves it and that’s what matters. :)

I’ve been using this with my partner since the start of the pandemic with no problems, but after a recent update, now every touch just gets sent to a notification on my phone and my bracelet never actually plays it. Hope you guys can work on a solution, seems I’m not the only one with this issue.
