App support needs a lot of work

Been playing this game for the past 2 months. Game play is fun. Huge Naruto fan!! But Found a bug in the game with the summons… app support has no idea about the game! Spent 3 days back and forward its making me think about deleting this because of their unwillingness to learn and help. Sent screen grabs and everything so lame!!!!

Would’ve been a good game

You get every character possible off the bat, 0 grind to get them, the reviews probably pushed them to give up on the game or just the complaints of prices. 0 point in playing with no goal tbh.
