Haven’t had a single issue for over a year now, just make sure you lock your vehicle before using the remote start or it won’t work!

This app is extremely unpredictable. It seemingly works when it feels like working, which is roughly half the time I bought my car less than a year ago so it is still free but I don’t for see myself renewing this feature. I’ll just have a remote starter put in because those are more reliable.
The app is very unreliable
The app rarely works. I have to use the door lock feature first otherwise the car won’t start. Sometimes the door lock feature doesn’t work either. It’s cool that you can start the car from anywhere, but that’s on the rare occasion the app actually works. Disappointing to pay so much money a year for garbage. You’re better off getting a remote start installed.
