Why no gift card payment option

I’ve reported this issue to BJS customer service repeatedly at least since March. There’s no gift card payment option when checking out. I’ve tried going through Safari, the app, Chrome and not one has the option. This went from a 5 star to a 2 star simply for the multiple times I’ve had to contact BJS and empty promises that’s been made to fix this crap.

Application is slow and available coupons do not apply correctly to shopping cart even after clipping. Needs improvement.

Worked great until…

The latest update causes the app to crash over and over again signing me out of the app. This happens especially when I am trying to clip the coupons. A really good app previously has taken a turn for the worse.

When I do the coupons All of them are not taken off when I order on line. I can see they are clipped but the price of the item is not reduced
