I’ve been trying to cancel this for the past month and can’t get in contact with anyone. I’ve left voicemails and tried to do it through the app and it won’t allow me. The app is very glitchy when I did try to use it and literally won’t let me click any buttons so I have to close the app multiple times. The grocery list is completely different from the recipes they actually give you. So I bought specific foods that were nowhere in the recipe. Terrible app and customer service.

This app is a scam. The plan is poorly designed the app does not work they have conflicting contracts and deals. Do not get this app!

They say I signed up for a yearly contract of $190 but I did not sign up for a yearly contract. They say there is no yearly contract and there are no terms or hidden fees except for they just charge me another $190. After I initially paid the $190 I saw no change in my body. Everything was digital. The supplements were crap. Nothing was good about it. I canceled the subscription now they’re saying that I didn’t cancel it that they have no record that. I canceled it and they just charge me another $190. Do not trust them! They will not refund they do not care they just steal! thieves! I am disputing charge with my credit card company!
