1. What began as a kitchen of necessity to support our growing food truck quickly became a fixed location where BeauxJax followers could find our food daily and catering tastings and consultations could happen.

2. In 2015 these two friends purchased a 1959 food truck and before they knew it the new friends they made along the way have grown their new business into a full blown catering company, equipped to service any sized event.
