There’s a system error everytime when I’m checking out! Keeps me frustrated because there was a limit UT collection I wanted to get it but couldn’t purchase it. I don’t know cause of the overload of people on the server but I still can’t order anything. Wish you the best luck if you buy any UT collections!
I’ve tried to purchase things twice now(about a month apart from each visit but it doesn’t let me. It tells there is an error and I try to check out several times after that before my basket times out to no avail
The kind of low effort app where after you order and they provide tracking links, the links go to a general page where you’re expected to type in the tracking number. Lol. They dont even provide a feedback option /bug report because they just dont care. At least its an actual app now and not just a wrapper for their dysfunctional website? Regardless, Uniqlo is an extremely arrogant company and they are quickly reaching the point where their prices are becoming too high to be worth dealing with their poor customer service.
Easy to use
A great app for a great shopping experience. I was especially pleased with the guidance offered by the size wizard. Really helpful way to approach how to get the best size online.
