Needs some work

Scanner doesn’t work and I can’t send a message

Awful

Can’t rearrange or sort medications, can’t delete expired medication or those without remaining refills, and can’t contact support because it doesn’t recognize the email address in the profile. Easier just to call in refills.

There is no way to edit information in the event a mistake occurs.

Mistakenly, one of my medication‘s was listed twice and I had to call the pharmacy to correct the error because I could not change it online. Also the delivery method was incorrect and I attempted to change it after the fact.

Don’t bother

I hate this app. 1. Nine times out of ten when I get to the pharmacy to pick up meds, they have not received my request. 2. There is no way to tell which meds I had requested for refill after the fact. 3. There isn’t an easy way for me to clean up my med list. Every time I try, I am told it cannot be done at this time. 4. The “verification” email that I receive after placing the order is useless. It doesn’t tell me the medication requested. I deleted this app once and went back to it, but I am deleting it for good this time.
