I hate the newer UI. I preferred the old one with the dials. It looked nicer. Even worse, the app is so slow to start up. I have 5 sensors connected and I try to check them once a week. When I launch the app, more than a full minute will pass before the UI is responsive at all—and sometimes it is much longer than that. It is the app I use the most that I dread using because it is so annoying.

Great app except I never get push notifications unless I open the app then I get tons of them fro me here I never got them. Shouldn’t I get the push notifications even with the app closed like every other app in the App Store
How DARE you not have this if you are a cigar connoisseur. The Butler makes life simple with maintaining humidity and temperature controls in your humidor. I love this app, it takes all the guess work out. A must have for your cigar storage needs. Cheers ~ b.
Device has been working fine for the past 2 months but now it is no longer updating to my primary device. I connect it via Bluetooth to a secondary device so I can get readings whenever I’m not home. Has been working great. I woke up yesterday and checked my primary device and it no longer had any hourly updates. I deleted the app 3 times and re downloaded it. I even logged out a couple of times and it still will not update. Although readings on my secondary device are still showing (I also turned of Bluetooth on this one) it’s not where I’m needing to get readings from. I was just going to buy another but the product is discontinued so I emailed the company. I don’t think I was speaking with a human because I clearly explained what was going on and what I did in specific detail. We have gone back and forth 3 times. I’m just going to shop elsewhere because this problem isn’t efficient enough for me to keep playing cat and mouse with the company.
