I’m very skeptical of this and don’t want a Chinese company to have my data required to use this app
Can’t creat account. Never sends verification code over SMS or email. Not sure how to setup hibost device using the blue light method. Nothing seems to work
To use this app, you must enter your phone number (verified by text) a physical address, enable Bluetooth, give your SSID & password, an email address, & place of purchase AND the order number (this is all needed **just** to set up the device.) Their “privacy policy” is not posted. When you get to their “privacy policy” page— it tells you to write a snail mail letter to an address in Texas. After all that, the product does not work. Ridiculous.
To the developer- Please read the comments left by those who have taken the time to review your app. I purchased the booster in part because of the ability to utilize this app as demonstrated online. I have had no luck with the app, just like the other users. I would love to have this feature. My cell service is horrible and I know that I am probably not pointing the antenna in the optimal direction...your app is supposed to help me with this! I cannot get it to get past the Bluetooth connectivity stage. Please advise on how we can use this. Thank you!! Edit: 2 years later, I received a response. However, the response is not helpful. This is an app from the Android? Store. Has no relevance for an Android device.
I couldn’t get it to work at all with Bluetooth or WiFi. Then I plugged in the indoor antenna and everything works perfectly. Sorry I gave such a bad review first time when I was frustrated.
