Don’t forget your password! App was not recognizing that I had already paid! I thought I’d delete and reinstall but forgot password. I emailed customer service and 5 days later they replied on how to reset your password. The process invokes using a page that Safari deemed unsafe with an expired license. I push through that even though I really didn’t want to, and ended up with SANITY AND SELF not recognizing I’ve already paid and signed up! I even doubled checked my phone prescriptions and there it is—PAID. Ready to ask for a refund.
All was fine until I got charged auto renewal and I have to keep logging in and out to access the full membership perks of this app. Whenever I close app it shows as I don’t have access to premium membership which is really frustrating. 1-1 membership chat option is not working so there is no one to communicate about to fix this bug. Still to this date I’m on “7 day trail” but got charged anual fee without access to all my app that I paid for.
This is such a great app, and I love what they stand for, but just go into it knowing that it’ll cost you $60 at least.
This app could be helpful, but unfortunately almost all content is locked behind a subscription paywall. The few free sessions, all of which were under 5 minutes in length, are exceedingly difficult to find. There appears to be 10 free sessions in the entire app, total. There are certain aspects of this app that are useful for a non-subscription solo venture, such as the journaling and social/user chat sections. But if you’re looking for in-depth guidance, expect to pay. I will give credit where credit is due: if there is a particular series you like or strikes your interest, it appears that you can buy it outright instead of solely the subscription model. (For example, there is a $9.99 buy button for a 7-session mindfulness course. This course totals about 45 mins in length.) I like the concept of this app but can’t afford to give indefinite money; I will be looking elsewhere.
It’s really an amazing app it has so much content and useful features…..but I think it needs to be better organized bc it is visually overwhelming… at least for me
