I have reset my vacuum multiple times and it still is so buggy. It vacuums the same room over and over and does not move on to the next room. I always have to manually force it back to the dock. The app doesn’t work half the time when trying to communicate with vacuum either.
We really enjoyed this little robot vacuum while it lasted. The problem is that after just one year it no longer works. I called shark customer service and they told me it has a 1 year warranty but mine broke 1 week after the warranty expired. It will not even clean in manual mode now and just blinks when I press the clean button. All the customer service rep told me was that it was broken and not fixable and I need to buy a new one.

This self cleaning vacuum is amazing! I can schedule cleaning through the app. It picks up better than a regular vacuum. Game changer!
I love the ease of the app. However, there is a problem that needs to be addressed. I have it happen the last 2 times where I change the time on a schedule or take a day OFF the schedule and it starts cleaning anyway. Then while I’m out for the night I get an alert that says my robot is stuck in a place it shouldn’t be. It never should have started and it did anyway. Please fix this! The communication with the robot isn’t the most accurate. Thank you!
