Step Counter

The watch itself is nice, but I believe the step counter is not accurate when compared to Fitbit. I wanted the watch because I didn’t want to wear a watch and Fitbit but it looks like I may end up doing so.

Not sending notifications

The watch is no longer giving me notifications from my phone. Tory Burch will not help me. They told me to contact the manufacturer.

Step tracker not accurate

I love the look and the idea of this watch, but the step tracker is completely inaccurate- 2+ miles on the treadmill register on on the app as about 1.5 miles- that is a pretty big difference for people tracking steps and activity. Seems like a functionality upgrade could make this a five star item!

It's a basic watch function that is missing and I was told would be coming with future update!!

Notifications don’t work

The notifications do not work. This is one of the major features advertised for the Hybrid watch and app. Very disappointing. Just a glorified step tracker.
