I have tried deleting and then reinstalling the app, but it still doesn’t work well. It used to work fine—-what happened?????

What’s happening to this app?

I used to use this app all the time & it worked great. A recent update messed this app up. It’s much more difficult to use & as a result I don’t ( really sometimes can’t) bid on items. Your sellers are loosing $ because the app is horrible to use… it freezes, searching for items is super clunky, sometimes if I open it it just gives me a white page. I rely on a mobile way to bid. Pls fix these issues.

I have used this app for years with great success, but recently it is practically non functioning. It’s so frustrating I don’t even bid anymore.

The App Stopped Working

I was using this app a few months ago and it worked great! Now it doesn’t even connect! Whatever you did to update and/or change, please un-do it!!! You have ruined a good thing!!!
