So many issues

I’ve purchased a full access subscription. However, it keeps asking me to upgrade, and I’m not getting full access. I’ve emailed with detailed information with pictures, but nothing has been fixed yet. No one picks up the phone when I call, no one replies me back for over a week when I email them. When they finally replied back and said the issue was fixed, it wasn’t fixed. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone.
