Characters freeze up the battle

Hey, I love this game btw, but like I’m currently facing this issue where a character I own, Meilikki, would often bug the game when I use her in battle, which is a problem considering I put a lot into her, and to know that a character. I just don’t know what to do, every time I use her in battle, the battle freezes up when it’s her turn. I’ve tried restarting the game, logging out of the battle etc. I hope this problem is addressed soon because the event is limited and I want to master her job.

Game used to be really good because the summon rates were fair. Now every time I come back i just get nothing or super old day one 5 star shards. So disappointed
