MyCHOP for Android

Normally I don’t have a problem, but my one son was added to my profile in March but I can only access his profile with face id and the other two I have to type in the password for! It’s very weird but as of lately the face id option is gone and now I can’t access my baby’s information at all, and now i’m getting a server error when I put in my password for the other two kids! Please update or fix this issue and also please add the face id back because I actually need it to get to my baby’s chart!

This app is unusable. It does not appear to be optimized for mobile, so on smaller phone screens text borders on unreadable. The interface is deeply confusing and it is extremely difficult to locate items you need, like vaccination records. If you happen to stumble across what you are looking for, the app has no back/forward functions so if your fingers graze across the screen the item you just spent an inordinate amount of time locating is gone. Even my pediatrician hates it.

I normally don’t have any issues with or while using the MyChart/ MyChop apps (interchangeably) to access my child’s account. But right now while attempting to log in through either app I keep getting a “server connection error “. Please fix ASAP as this is preventing access to my child’s medical records!!!!

Why can’t I confirm my appointment. Check in takes so long and sharing your information aloud is too much if I can just check in on my phone and wait for the nurse to call. My phone can even be the buzzer when it’s my turn. Less talking more doing.

Most times I try to send a message I have to uninstall the app and install it again. Please fix this. Otherwise there is no point in having this app.
