Over one month my order has no status update, processing and no tracking, worries coming up...

Has anyone gotten their packages yet??? I’m worried about not receiving mine!

옷두없으면서 주문만 받고 찿느라 일주알이넘게걸기고cancle 한다니까 15% charge 한다하고 ...그냥보내라했더니 다시또찿아서보내느라 열흫걸리고...주문할때 옷이 괜찮다고해서 한건데 온거보니 옷감은형편없구 주문한 옷하고는 모양도 틀리고 싸구려 제질에 형편없어서 입을수도없구요.사이즈도 안맞고 Tag도 없어요. 어디다 신고를해야할까요? 돈버리고 시간버리고.... 똥밟었다 생각허면서도 약올라요. 속지마세요

I bought shoes that turned out to be too small. I requested a return, printed off the return slip, and payed to ship it back. FIVE MONTHS LATER my package came back to me with no explanation or refund! This is a joke of a company located in China!

To be honest I kind of like this company. To be fair the shipping time is absolutely, the worst. Plus some of the quality of a couple dresses, tops, and bottoms aren’t the best. Most of them are extremely smaller than the normal size. But if you buy a dress or top thirty dollars or more the quality is most of the time pretty good. And if you order a larger size than you usually do they can be surprisingly comfortable and should fit. Just find the size on PopJulia that works best for you. I ordered three dresses and they were amazing. They were adorable and insanely soft. Over all there are ups and downs within this business. But if you order a dress $30 or more, the quality is mostly great. The stitching on my dresses are strong and are solid. Don’t forget to order a much bigger size than usual. And have patience waiting for your clothes to arrive. I waited and now have three soft and adorable dresses. Good Luck!
