Sooo bad!!!

I just bought this book yesterday im trying to download the book in the app since yesterday and no luck at all!!! I even erased and downloaded the app again still nothing! I thought it would be cool to have an audio to hear how to pronounce while i try and do it myself And i dont even know if i can return this book!!!
