System Works Well

My first visit to Boston & this was my preferred mode of transportation. From my experience the app was very accurate as to the number of bikes at each location I used. The system is easy to use & I definitely got my $’s worth considering how many miles I rode. The navigation through the app is as accurate as can be expected, taking into account the amount of construction in the city. Once you figure the city out it’s not difficult to go one more block & find the next one way street to keep you going in the correct direction. Or just wander around like a dumb tourist like I did most of the time.

Pros: Easy to use and very reliable. Info is always up-to-date. For improvement: Would be nice to know membership details and have a message center on the app in addition to email.
