App says there are available bikes but they wouldn’t unlock due to some other issue. I wouldn’t trust going to a bike station again. Much easier experience renting bikes in literally every other city I’ve been in.
How can you offer a day-pass that only can be used by 30minutes gap. If I buy a day-pass is to use the bike all day long. MISLEADING ADVERTISING.
01apr21: app doesn’t work well with iOS update 14.5 or Android SE2.
The app has two pages you have to click next on and after clicking the second next option it just spins and then come with an error telling you try again later. Needless to say I never was able to get passed the welcome screen.
It seems that since the Lyft partnership/take over, the quality of both service and hardware has gone downhill. I frequently have issues with broken bikes, scooters that won’t unlock (yet they’ll charge you for using it), and lengthy delays in customer support. Not sure what the deal is. Also, why are the scooters being locked up? Lime and Bird, the competitors, are just grab and go, which makes way more sense.
