I downloaded the app to translate one video. Says it has a 3 day trial. I uploaded the video and made changes to the text and when the app completed the transition and I downloaded it to my phone the video disappeared. I checked all the settings and tried to download it to a different video setting but nothing seems to work. I cancelled my 3 day trial but is still charging me for the month subscription. No where is an option to reach out to tech support to see why I’m having this issue
Video would not upload properly into Android. Tried to contact customer service to get a refund and no response. Save yourself some money and use another app.
This app has potential, but it needs improvement: - The app immediately crashed after I ran it for the very first time. - It also opened up the "Terminal." I am not sure what commands it issued to my system. - Also, the seller needs to update their listing. This is NOT a one-time purchase, but instead, it's a subscription service.
