Mabuhay Miles for Android

App is unfriendly. Does not give details like how to redeem, how many miles to up grade etc etc and how to update profile. How can I update my contact number. The old app was better.

Site is buggy Often have to log on every time I open the app Kindly have the option to move card into the e-wallet

It is so difficult to navigate in terms of login. Trying to retrieve my account on the app but it was so hard to get through. Changing the password was extremely difficult through the app cos it wont send a link to my registered email. Instead, it diverted me to the PAL website and was ask to answer the security question. I tried putting my mother’s maiden name and was not accepted. Im pretty sure my mother’s maiden didnt change at all. I tried to reset my security question and it was so difficult to do so to the point that I gave it. It was very difficult and frustrating to navigate. So

I was granted 5000 miles when I flew Philippine Airlines because the screen was out on my seat - no big deal. I was told to set up an account so I could redeem the miles and tried for over 30 minutes to set up an account several different ways and was denied every time.. I wish they would figure out how to provide a better user experience

This is the worst app! Give it a try and you will know.
