This app is terrible and has a VERY BAD customer service!!! I have ordered a service at 7pm and it was confirmed by the app. The provider started calling me at 5:30pm when I was busy. I called back at 7pm asking him why he didn’t show up he told me we are busy and you didn’t answer at 5:30pm when we were free! I have complained but nothing happened!!!
I booked a car wash with CarSpa and no show!!!, no text, call nothing! I booked another service with Samara remains to be seen if the same thing will happen. Extremely unhappy with the App and their Service!!!!

I ordered a service and paid on 3rd May 2021 and no one showed up nor contacted me. This service seems to be a spam.
