Call Record NOW for Android

Even though I paid for a one year subscription when I attempted to record a very important call today it acted like it was working normally when I pressed the call now button and hit dial the phone number it gave me the tone. So then I called my contact and hit the merge button just like the instructions say. I am not new at this and know I did it correctly. After we had our conversation I hung up and Bingo, no recording! So finally I navigated to the settings tab where a big box pops up and says “restore service”. I touch that and it pops up and says your “service is now active”. What good is the service if you can’t trust it to be there when you need it and it doesn’t even bother to tell you when it isn’t?

I was not impressed disappointed yes. There are others out there that when you answer or make call it automatically begins recording

I have emailed 5 times no response. Paying for a subscription snd it doesn’t work. Says it doesn’t recognize my phone number, it hasn’t changed

Because you have to call a number and then merge calls instead recording the calls automatically (shake my head).

It does not auto record. You have to manually do this each call. Incoming call, pause, open the app, dial a number, wait for it to connect, then merge.Your caller is essentially put on hold momentarily while you do this. May tip them off to being recorded.
