Stupid one
I have been using this app for past six months. The call quality is good however it is keep logging me out and customer support always says delete and reinstall the app. Seriously? You should fix the bug. An email sent to customer service on 9/16 they said it is connectivity issue try with different WiFi. I’m using my phone data for all activities. As of today 9/16 1PM PST their website is down. Poor customer service and buggy app. Update 11-1-2021. It’s getting worse. The app is not working via cellular data. When support ticket is created standard response received. I hate the app and I’ve big chunk of money left there.
Had a good experience in the beginning but last month or so it has been really bad. The app gives different messages when I try to call (internet down, account not valid etc). Have to look for a different app, dont have patience to keep rebooting. Using the updated version.
Have been using for under a year though on and off app would not work reboot always fixes it, but since yesterday I am not able make calls and keep getting message about internet being down, but everything else on the phone works. I noticed the website is also down … Does this mean company has closed down ?
