I have tried for several MONTHS to get customer service to fix my account for use. I was able to use the app in the beginning in which I truly loved then suddenly I wasn’t able to use it anymore none of my calls or chats would connect father. I’ve added funds and trust that customer service fix the issue but they never did. And then eventually stop responding to me. I’ve asked for a refund of my money if a fixation was not do you have apical. But again no response. I don’t understand why this is so difficult to respond and to help a customer out. It’s completely unreal and unfair

I had 7.10 credits on my account and then loaded 15 and had a total of 24.10 and for some reason it ended my chat with Desiree after the 7.10 credits were up and took all of my credit.
