I paid for the app, recorded a birdsong in the app, pressed the identify button, and CRASH! Mobile home screen pops up every time.
I’m sitting just about face to face with a bird and recording the sound. The “results” aren’t even close!
I have not found this app to work, really ever. I limit background noise as much as possible, hold as still as possible, and get as close as possible and end up with incorrect identifications 90-95% of time. Just a heads up.
No, it’s not an owl. I’m not sure why it thinks everything is an owl other than that it’s not effective at its sole purpose. I regret this purchase and want my money back.
