I have been unable to use the software after purchase due to what seems to be a bug. I submitted a support ticket 7 months ago and have heard nothing from the dev. Had great hopes for this.
Waste of money. Very frustrating. Spend time building a design to have it crash over and over. I have no idea why this is even being sold. Does not work.
This product looks very nice when it opens, but it does not open any of the templates or any files.
I used Printshop Deluxe for years and hoped this would do the job on my new Android, unfortunately that is not the case. Lack of clip art to use to design and personalize cards is one negative and in general not user friendly. The program also closes unexpectedly. I will use it some but definitely not what I had hoped for. I have tried to contact support with no success, they never returned my message. I also run a PC and run Printshop Deluxe 4 which does the job I had hoped PriintLife 4 would do for me. At this point as they never contacted me back and the limited use I get out of the App my $49.99 was a waste of money and I would not purchase again.
After paying $49.99 for this app through the App Store on my Android, I contacted Chronos support for help. The application would install and open just fine, but I am unable to open and edit any of the templates, so it’s useless. I can see all the pretty designs but not use any of them. It’s been one week since I contacted them, 3 days since I sent an additional follow up message to check on the status, and no word from them.
