Rewards not showing up - app itself is not intuitive to use. Makes me not even want to shop here.
I tried to check out multiple times on this app by using my store card. Even with a zero balance, the app cancelled my order multiple times. Also, I entered the “SHIP89” code and was charged for shipping. The order was over $300. Glitchy, crashes, and it takes several efforts to get the order to go through. Just order online. This thing is awful and frustrating
I’ve tried SEVERAL times in the past year to link my rewards with my card and have been unsuccessful. 🤪. I even followed their directions and nothing worked. I should not be the one linking, it’s an internal issue since I can use one card at 4 different stores, the main app should allow viewing of rewards I have to have the rewards app open prior to checking out and manually write down the very numbers when shopping online.
This app doesn’t work. It doesn’t recognize my account. Password reset doesn’t work. Absolutely no purpose for this app. You have to use the website and/or print hard copies of your rewards. Don’t bother downloading or creating an account.
i love tj maxx, don’t get me wrong, but the app is kinda laggy and slow
