This app is horrible it crashes everyone I try to use it. I can’t even add my ac. It just crashes. I can’t control my ac anymore or set timers. The old app was great.

This App is useless. You can’t log in, it won’t connect to my air Conditioner like the old App. You can’t use it at all. PLEASE FIX THIS ! I feel like I’m being totally ignored.

WHAT KENMORE APP?!?

You guys need to get it together! When you say the Kenmore app do you mean the Kenmore Smart App? Because if you do maybe you should state that? But if I wron and there is an app that is named “Kenmore“ you may want to get it on the App Store!!!

Cannot get new app

My app stopped working on my Android . I looked it up in the App Store and it says I now have to download the Kenmore app. Search for that and all I can find is another Kenmore smart app. It will not let me download it because it says I have to have iOS 11 Which I can't get my phone has not been able to update to a newer iOS it's stuck on 9.3.2 This is very aggravating since I purchased this brand ac so I could control it before I get off of work. Need help
